1. Register an entity for your business
2. Open a corporate bank account
3. Apply for a Letter of Consent (LOC)
The following types of business owner are eligible to apply for an LOC:
Owner of Sole Proprietorship registered with ACRA
A partner of Partnership registered with ACRA
A company director with at least 30% shareholding in an ACRA-registered company.

Up to the date expiry of Dependant’s Pass
There is no minimum salary requirement, unlike other work passes such as Employment Pass, Personalised Employment Pass, or Entrepreneur’s Pass
To be eligible for a renewal of the LOC, you will also need to hire at least one local Singaporean citizen or permanent resident who:
Earns at least SGD1,400 per month AND
Has received CPF contributions for at least 3 consecutive months.
